About Kelly Winquist
Kelly is a seasoned leader in finance, strategy, and operations, dedicated to driving transformation, innovation, and data-driven growth. With a proven track record, she achieves results through focused execution, customer-centricity, and empowering teams across various functions, including operations, finance, HR, investor relations, sales and marketing, and reorganizations. Known for her exceptional leadership, she not only delivers tangible outcomes but also makes a positive impact on communities. As a management consulting expert and an Ivy League graduate, Kelly brings a wealth of knowledge and experience.
Before establishing KW Consulting Services, Kelly served as the Principal of Operations at Sovereign’s Capital Management. In this role, she skillfully managed internal operations, wearing multiple hats and supporting all practice areas. Prior to that, she spent nearly a decade at Deere & Company, where she successfully led diverse business functions. Kelly’s educational background includes a Bachelor of Science degree in Business and Computer Systems from Milwaukee School of Engineering, an MBA from the Tuck School of Business at Dartmouth, and a Masters in Public Administration from the Harvard Kennedy School of Government.
Outside her professional work, Kelly is a longtime volunteer personal finance teacher and coach through her church. She is passionate about helping others experience financial freedom and generous living. She’s also the founder of Role-Reversed Parents, a nonprofit dedicated to supporting Christian families where Mom works outside the home and Dad stays home with children—a family structure she and her husband, Matt, embraced for 12 years.
